MySQL version has been upgraded to 8.0.32

ODBC version has been upgraded to 8.0.33

Carrier Data File Updates

Supports UPS Routing Code data version 11.5v. This update contains the latest routing data provided by UPS. The following data files have been updated, effective March 2023.

UPS SurePost® compliance changes March 2023

TM- Parcel introduces a new section, Threshold for Non-Standard Package Fees, for UPS SurePost® carrier. It consists of the following four fields:

  • Package Length Threshold Min (In)

  • Package Length Threshold Max (In)

  • Package Length Threshold Above (In)

  • Package Volume (Cubic Feet)

Rates are based on the following charges:

  • Non-Standard Charges:

    • UPS SurePost introduces new charges for packages exceeding a non-standard dimension or cubic measurement.

    • Non-Standard charges apply when:

      • The Non-Standard package length charge of $2.00 is applied to packages with a length greater than 22 inches and not exceeding 27 inches.

      • The Non-Standard package length charge of $5.00 is applied to packages with a length greater than 30 inches and not exceeding 48 inches.

  • Non-Machinable Charges:

    • Changes are added to the non-machinable charges.

    • Non-Machinable charges apply when:

      • Packages with one dimension measurement of more than 27 inches and not exceeding 30 inches.

      • Packages with any two dimensions, each measuring more than 17 inches and not exceeding 30 inches.

      • Any package weighing over 35 pounds.

Note

  • If the package meets Non-Standard and Non-Machinable criteria, the highest of the two charges is applicable.

  • Non-Standard Cube (Volume) Charges, Non-Standard Extra Length, Non-Machinable, or Non-Standard Length charges are not assessed when Additional Handling or Large Package Surcharge is applied.


Updates for UPS Bill to Account number validation

The UPS Bill to Account number restricts the usage of alpha characters: I, O, Q, and S. You can use these UPS Bill to Account number characters:

UCM Document Print response returns documents in base 64 encoded format

When the UCM receives a DPRN request from Parcel Enterprise for transactional or manifest reports, the UCM processes the request and returns the document in base 64 encoded format in the DPRN response.
