To supply the Broker information, do the following:

1. From the main shipping page page, click the Broker tab.

2. On the Broker tab, complete the following:

   In this box...	Do this...
   Broker Customer Code	If you use a customer database, click search to select a broker customer record or type the broker's customer code and press the Tab key. When you press the Tab key after specifying the customer code, the search is performed in the address books in a specific order. To enter a new broker information that you want to save to the customer database, click and add the broker's information to the Personal, Global, or Corporate address book.
   Country	From the list, select the country where the broker resides.
   Attention To	Type the name of the broker.
   Company/Name	Type the company name of the broker.
   Address 1	Type the street address of the broker.
   Address 2	Type any additional address information such as apartment number or floor.
   Address 3	Type any additional address information such as apartment number or floor.
   City	Type the city of the broker.
   State/Province	From the list, select the state or province of the broker.
   Postal Code/ZIP	Type the postal code of the broker.
   Phone/Ext	Type the phone number and extension of the broker.
   Fax Number	Type the fax number of the broker.
   Government Id	Type the Tax Number assigned by the government. In the US it can be a DUNS Number, a Social Security Number, or a Government assigned Exporters ID Number (EIN). In Canada it is referred to as the Tax ID Number.
   Address	If you want to validate the address (to ensure that the city, state/province, and postal code are correct for each other), select the Validate hyperlink.
