Account Numbers and Services
Note: This module is not currently included in the general release. Please contact Technical Support Team / your Project Manager for more details.
When you add a new DPD carrier account (Add Carrier > Carrier > DPD), Parcel displays the screen to enter the DPD account number. On this screen, you can also select the DPD services with which you will ship packages from this location.
To configure the DPD Account Number and Services, complete these steps...

In the Account Number field, type the DPD Account Number for this location.

In Carrier Code field, type a name for the carrier as DPD only - you want it to appear on the Web Admin (Configuration) Tool screens and on the shipping screens in Parcel.

In the Services section, select the services that you will use to ship DPD packages from this location by selecting the service, and then click ADD to move the selected service from the left-hand column to the right-hand column. To select and move all of the services at once, click ADD ALL.
You can also use the Move Up and Move Down (up arrow and down arrow) buttons on the right to change the order of the services in the list of following services. Services appear in the configured order on the Services drop-down list on the Warehouse screen.

DPD Classic By Road |
DPD Classic specializes in the delivery of parcels to Europe by Road and beyond up to 31.5kg with maximum dimensions of 175cm length. |

Air Classic is an extension of our Classic service into Europe connecting you to 230 countries across the globe.

Express Pack Classic 2-3 Days |
Express Pak is for parcels being sent within an express bag allowing only up to 3 kg weight to EU countries. |
DPD Direct - DPD Direct |
The ideal product for online sellers that require international home deliveries allowing up to 30kg. |
DPD Direct ROI-DPD Direct |
DPD Direct to ROI is a parcel service allowing up to 30kg.

Air Classic - Air Classic |
Air Classic service available in Europe and connecting you to 230 countries across the globe. It's ideal for retailers who want to export to new markets, but don't want the full cost of the DPD Express Parcel by Air.

When you are done configuring this page, click ADD in the lower-right corner of the page to save the settings. Otherwise, click CANCEL to cancel the settings.
Notes:

Multi Package Shipment (MPS) - In DPD they will call as "Complete delivery shipments". It supports for all DPD Domestic (Parcel) and International Services, but not for Express Pack Classic 2-3 Days (International) and Express Pak (Domestic) Services.

Billing Type: Only Prepaid is supported by DPD carrier.

Usually, Sender address which is printed in the shipping label has been filled by the user in the UI under the Sender tab. But in the case of DPD, this information has been sent by Geoship web service which is registered with the carrier during registration.

Weight UOM: DPD carrier supports only Kgs.

Dimension UOM: DPD carrier supports only Centimeter (CM)

Rating is not supported by Geoship Web Service.

Supported Customs Documents: Commercial Invoice and Certificate of Origin.

Use the Default Tab on the DPD Shipper Defaults page to configure various settings of this DPD account. Parcel uses this information when communicating with the DPD Web Service.

Select (check) this check box to log request and responses in the ucm_scripts.log file for more clarity on what has been requested and received from web service.

Click SAVE in the lower-right corner of the screen to save any changes you made or click CANCEL to revert back to the original values.
