Address Book
The Address Book allows you to access all of your customer databases from a single dialog box. You can use the Address Book while
Processing shipments
in the warehouse or at your desktop to quickly locate a recipient address. You can also organize a number of contacts together to form an
Address Group
.
The Address Book provides the following categories in which you can organize your customer records: Personal, Global, and Corporate. You can restrict access to the databases so that specified users cannot see certain databases or add new records to certain databases. By default, the Corporate address book database is read-only from within the shipping application. You cannot add or update records in the Corporate address book database while shipping or receiving packages in Parcel.
