Delivery services available for each origin vary according to the services UPS offers for each origin. Origin specific information can be obtained from the UPS Web site for each country of origin. Supported countries of origin in the European, Middle Eastern, and Asia-Pacific regions are listed in the following sections:

Note: For a UPS Europe and Asia Pacific carrier with an Asia-Pacific (APAC) origin, Parcel 6.0 currently supports only international destinations. Domestic shipments are not supported.

Parcel supports the following billing types for UPS Europe and Asia Pacific:
Based on selection of the billing types the Payor or Payors (Shipper/Consignee/Third Party) are assigned payment of the shipping charges, duties and taxes in a variety of ways. For more information, see Who-Pays-What section.
•Split Duty & Tax
•Prepaid
•Freight Collect
•Free Domicile
After you close a UPS Europe and Asia Pacific shipment, you can print reports to accompany the shipments when the UPS driver arrives to pick up the shipments. Use the Reports page on the Ship menu to print reports.
The following reports and other documents are available to view and print for a UPS Europe and Asia Pacific carrier:
•UPS Summary Manifest – End-of-day UPS Manifest Summary that is printed and handed to the UPS driver.
•UPS High Value Summary Report – List of UPS packages with insured values equal to or greater than $1000 (US). Required to be presented to the UPS driver if such packages are being picked up. Complete requirements and instructions are provided with the report.
•Worldease DocBox Label – Label for the UPS-provided World Ease Document Box for packing slips or other internal documents.
Note: The UPS High Value Summary Report (required for shipments over a certain Declared Value amount, see previous list) does not automatically print. You must remember to print it from the Reports page (under the Ship menu) after you close UPS (after you have processed high-value UPS shipments that day).
UPS Europe and Asia Pacific includes the following label formats:
•4" X 4.5" inch Smart Label
Parcel supports the following thermal label printers for printing of compliant UPS Europe and Asia Pacific shipping labels:
•Datamax
•Zebra
•PNG (laser printing)
UPS Europe and Asia Pacific includes the following packaging types:
•Pallet
•UPS 10 KG Box®
•UPS 25 KG Box®
•UPS Express® Box
•UPS Express® Envelope
•UPS Express® Pak
•UPS Tube
•User Packaging
•Maximum weight per package: 150 lbs (70 kg)
•Maximum length plus girth: 165 inches (419 cm)
•Maximum length: 108 inches (270 cm)
•Packages that exceed these maximums are subject to an Over Maximum Limits charge - Parcel does not apply this surcharge.
•Packages that weigh more than 32 kg (70 lb, 25 kg with the European Union) require a special heavy package label - Parcel does not currently print this label.
•Hundredweight rating is not available within the UPS Europe and Asia Pacific region.
•Rules for Additional Handling can be user selected and apply under the following conditions:
- When the longest side is greater than 150 cm (59 in)
- When the second longest side is greater than 76 cm (30 in)
- When the weight is greater than 32 kgs (70 lbs)
UPS Europe and Asia Pacific provides parcel shipment delivery from the following supported European, Middle Eastern, and African countries of origin to almost any destination.

The UPS Canada B2C consolidated clearance for UPS EU origin includes:
UPS Europe and Asia Pacific includes the following packaging types:
•For all individual and consolidated shipments to Canada, the importer country can differ from the receiver country.
•When the shipper selects the importer country (sold to) for all shipments (individual and consolidated) with a Canada destination, the shipping system must allow the importer country to be different from the receiver country.
UPS Weekly FSC (Fuel Surcharge) Update Process
Parcel supports weekly FSC (Fuel Surcharge) process to provide a single source to access weekly FSC value from URL’s on UPS.com.
•FSC data will be available weekly by end of day (11:59pm EST) Wednesday. The file will include FSC% value for all countries where FSC% is applicable.
•New rates are available on every Wednesday of the week and will be effective on subsequent Monday next week.
•The file will include FSC% value for all countries where FSC% is applicable.
