Task Name

Type a name for the task. For example, DHL Rate Update.

Task Type

From the drop-down list, select DIServer Task.

Task Status

From the drop-down list, select Active.

Frequency
(required field)

Type 1. This means that the DIServer will check Cyclone for updated files once per day.

Execution Time
(required field)

Type the time at which the task should begin.

Use the following format: HH:MM:SS where HH is the two-digit hour based on 24 hours, MM is the minutes past the hour, and SS is the seconds past the minute.

For example, if the tasks begins at 5:35pm, type 17:35:00. You do not have to type the colons, they appear automatically as you type the digits.

A recommended time for the DHL Rate Update is 21:00:00.

Task Start On
(required field)

Use the calendar to select the date on which the task should begin. Today's date appears by default.

Task Ends On
(required field)

Use the calendar to select the date on which the task should end. For the DHL Rate Update task, you should set this date many years into the future (for example, ten years).

Depends On Task

From the drop-down list, select the task on which the new tasks depends. The task that you select in this field must be executed before the new task will execute.

Run After

If you want a task to run more than once in a day, type the amount of time after the execution time that the task should run again.

For example, if the execution time is 21:00:00 (9pm), and you want the task to run again at 21:30:00 (9:30pm), type 00:30:00 in this box.

It is not necessary to run the DHL Rate Update task more than once per day.

Select Rate Update from the drop-down list.

Select DHL from the drop-down list.

For Service

Select All Services from the drop-down list.
