DHL - Account Numbers and Services

Scroll

When you add a new DHL carrier account, the page to enter the DHL account numbers for the various DHL services appears. On this page, you also select the DHL services with which you will ship packages from this location.

To configure DHL account numbers and services, complete these steps...

1.From the Carrier drop-down list, select DHL.

2.In Unit ID field, type the five-digit Unit ID that DHL assigned to you for use at this location.

3.In the Account Number field, type the nine-digit account number for this DHL account.

4.In the Carrier Code field, type a name for the carrier as you want it to appear in the Configuration Tool (Web Admin) tree in the left panel and in the Parcel shipping application. For example, if you are setting up more than one DHL account for this location, you might want to assign carrier codes such as DHL-1, DHL-2, etc.

5.In the Services section, select the services to ship DHL packages from this location, and then click [ADD] to move them from the left-hand column to the right-hand column. To add all of the services at once, click [ADD ALL].

You can also use the up and down arrow buttons to change the order of the services in the list, or select a service and click [REMOVE] to remove it from the list.
