Note: In DHL (SAS v4.1), there several billing types: Prepaid, Receiver/Consignee, Third Party, Import Express, TCPC (Transport Collect Payer Controlled) and TCSC (Transport Collect Shipper Controlled) Receiver/Consignee, Third Party, Import Express, and TCSC all require account numbers.
