Use the eVS tab on the Account Defaults screen to enable eVS with Parcel and to enter information for your eVS setup.
Notes:
•To use eVS, you must have the required USPS eVS accounts and computer access. For more information on eVS and on setting up eVS with Parcel, see the Help topic: USPS - Electronic Verification System (eVS).
•When creating a shipment under eVS manifesting, you can select up to three special services per parcel but no more than three.

eVS Master Mailer ID |
The US Postal Service Master Mailer ID supplied by the shipper's US Postal Service representative when the shipper sets up an eVS account. Note: The shipper can use only one Master Mailer ID per location in Parcel. |
eVS Parcel Mailer ID |
The U.S. Postal Service "child" Mailer ID registered with the U.S. Postal Service for parcels that are shipped under a Master Mailer ID. The Parcel Mailer ID is used in the USPS barcode that enables identification of individual parcels for tracking purposes. Note: Leave this field blank if this is the Master Mailer account. |
eVS Permit Number |
The US Postal Service eVS Permit Number supplied by your US Postal Service representative. |
eVS Permit Issuing Zip |
The ZIP code of the US Postal Service post office issuing the eVS Permit Number. The default is 20260 |
eVS Permit Issuing Zip City |
The city where the US Postal Service post office issuing the eVS Permit Number is located. |
eVS Permit Issuing State |
The state where the US Postal Service post office issuing the eVS Permit Number is located. |
eVS Permit Imprint Indicia Type |
From the drop-down list, select one of the following values for the US Postal Service eVS Permit Imprint Indicia type: •Company Permit – Prints company name on indicia. •Regular Permit – Prints permit on indicia. |
eVS Customer Name Alias |
The US Postal Service eVS customer name alias in Indicia. Note: Indicia refers to a system used by the US Postal Service for labels or marks applied to a mail item to indicate electronic postage payment. This is a Data Matrix or barcode combined with human-readable characters and symbols, containing information such as postage amount, origin ZIP Code, destination, mail class, weight, confirmation/tracking numbers, etc. |
Click [SAVE] in the lower-right corner of the screen to save any changes you make or click [CANCEL] to revert to the original values.
