Description |
Direct Delivery Only |
Direct Delivery Only is a contract service that must be enabled in the Shipper Defaults and then selected on a per shipment basis at time of ship. Ensures a package is delivered to the residential or commercial address provided by the sender. This service prevents recipients' packages from being redirected or rerouted when recipients are absent. This option applies to the Ship To address on the shipping label. Notes: •'Direct Delivery Only' checkbox appears in Shipment Tab, only when 'UPS Direct Delivery Only' checkbox is enabled in UPS CA - Shipper Default - Defaults Tab and vice versa. •Direct Delivery Only packages by default do not require a signature. So unless the sender separately specifies a Signature Required option for shipment delivery, these packages are eligible for Driver Release or Letter Box Release where available. |
Carbon Neutral |
For a surcharge, UPS offers a carbon neutral shipping option. When this option is selected, the surcharge pays for UPS to purchase certified carbon (CO2) offsets that balance out the emissions produced by the transportation of the shipment This option enables shippers and recipients to demonstrate their commitment to reducing the climate impact of emissions. |
UPS International Returns |
