FedEx - Processing an International Broker Select Shipment |

To process a FedEx international shipment with the FedEx International Broker Select® accessorial, follow these steps:
1.Complete the required information on the Warehouse page for an international package. Select FedEx in the Carrier list. Select one of the following services in the Service list:
•International Priority
•International Economy
•International Priority Freight
•International Economy Freight
•International Ground
2.Complete the Items and INTL tabs for the international shipment.
3.On the Parcel tab, click [OPTIONS].
4.Select the FedEx Add. Services tab.
5.At the top of the tab, click FedEx International Broker Select Option to select FTN or Non FTN Broker.
Note: The FedEx International Broker Select® check box is unselected by default. It means FTN Broker is selected by default. All the fields are disabled expect Contact field.
6.Select the FedEx International Broker Select® check box, all the fields are enabled to enter the Non FTN Broker details.
7.Complete all of the required fields on the tab as follows:

Type the contact person name of the broker, who will clear the shipment through customs. Type the account number of the broker only when FTN Broker is selected. |
Phone |
Type the contact person's phone number. This is required by FedEx. |
Account |
Type the broker's account number, who clears the shipment (if other than FedEx). Note: Broker Account Number is only required if a Non-FTN Broker is used. |
Company |
Type the company name of the broker. This is required by FedEx. |
Address 1 |
Type the broker's street address. This is required by FedEx. |
Address 2 |
Type any additional address information for the broker such as suite or floor. |
City |
Type the city name where the broker is located. This is required by FedEx. |
ZIP/Postal Code |
Type the postal code where the broker is located. This is required by FedEx. |
Country |
From the list, select the country where the broker is located. This is required by FedEx. |
State/Province |
If applicable for the selected country, select the state or province where the broker is located from the list. |
ID |
Type the broker's ID number. |
Type the broker's e-mail address. |

Fax |
Type the broker's fax number. |
Pager |
Type the broker's pager number. |
8.Click [DONE] to return to the Warehouse page.
9.On the Parcel tab, click [ADD] to add the package to the shipment.
10.Click [SHIP] to ship the package.
