With DHL Return Service, you can specify a return address that is different from your Ship From address. When a shipment can not be delivered, DHL will return the shipment to the return address that you specified. Return Service is available with non-@Home domestic services.

Requirements to use DHL Return Service

•A contract with DHL to use Return Service

•The proper configuration settings in Parcel - see below for details

Configuration

Once you have DHL's approval to use Return Service, DHL provides the following for the shipping account number that is approved for Return Service:

•Unique Unit ID

•Alternate Return Address (ARA) account number

•Unique rate file for Return Service shipments

•Unique waybill number range for Return Service shipments

You need to add all of the above items to the Parcel Configuration Tool. Also in the Configuration Tool, you need to enter the return address where you want returned shipments to be delivered.
