When you process a US Postal Service shipment on the Warehouse page, you can select the following types of packaging in the Carrier Packaging Type list (on the Parcel tab):

Description |
Flat-Rate Envelope |
Paperboard envelope for use with Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, and Global Priority Mail service. The same rate applies regardless of weight or destination. |
Flat-Rate Small Envelope |
A smaller sized Flat Rate Envelope (see previous row). |
Flats |
For use with First Class Mail service. Flat rate envelopes and boxes collectively. |
Keys and Identification devices |
Packaging for mailing keys and identification cards. |
Letter Packaging |
Non-Flat rate envelope. |
Postcard |
For postcards. |
User Packaging |
Non-US Postal Service packaging (your own packaging). Choosing this option activates the User Packaging drop-down list on the Warehouse screen. |
