Use the Surcharge tab on the US Postal Service Account Defaults page to enter the Bulk Mail surcharges for this US Postal Service account.

Note: The terminology for the Network Distribution Center (NDC) fields is as follows:

•Destination Network Distribution Center (DNDC) - The shipper transports the shipment directly to the regional Bulk Mail Center.

•Intra-NDC - The shipment destination lies in the same NDC region as that from which the shipment originates.

•Inter-NDC - The shipment destination lies in a different NDC region from that in which the shipment originates.
