UPS Canada - Accessorials

The table on this screen is automatically populated with a complete list of value-added services (VAS – also known as "accessorials") for UPS Canada that Parcel supports. You can use this screen to indicate that a given VAS is active.

To activate or deactivate a VAS...

1.Click on the cell in the Active column in the row that lists the VAS you want to change the status of.

2.From the cell drop-down list, select Yes to make the VAS active or No to make it inactive.

3.Click the disk to save the change or click the undo arrow to undo and cancel the change.

Notes:

For this table, the Vas ID and Vas Name fields/columns are not editable.

Includes this information...

Vas ID

The identifying code that Parcel uses for this accessorial/VAS; for example QST for Quebec Sales Tax.

Vas Name

The full name of the accessorial/VAS in Parcel. For more information on these, see the Help topic: UPS Canada - Supported Services

Active

An active VAS/accessorial has a value of Yes; and inactive one has a value of No.
