UPS Synchronized Delivery™ is a contract service used to:
•Schedule packages to be delivered together with other existing package within the UPS system.
•Allow shipper to hold order so they can be delivered with future deliveries in the UPS system.
To set up a Synchronized Delivery™ contract service in Parcel for a US origin, follow these steps:
1.Complete the required information on the Warehouse screen for a domestic package.
2.Select UPS in the Carrier list.
3.Select any domestic service, such as UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air Saver® service in the Service list.
4.Click [OPTIONS].
5.Click the Shipment tab.
6.On the Package Level Options under UPS Synchronized Delivery™ section, complete the following fields:

Click the calendar to select the estimated delivery date you want the shipment to be delivered. |
Package Ineligible For Hold |
Select this check box to indicate for not allowing the packages to be on hold in performing the shipment. |
7.Click [DONE].
UPS Services
UPS Synchronized Delivery™ is supported with the following UPS Services:
•UPS Ground
•UPS 3 Day Select®
•UPS 2nd Day Air®
•UPS Next Day Air Saver® (Residential)
•UPS Synchronized Delivery™ is supported with only Prepaid Billing.
Notes:
•UPS Synchronized Delivery™ is allowable for US50 to US50 transactions.
•UPS Synchronized Delivery™ is not allowed for Puerto Rico (as origin or destination).
