User can create multiple carrier instances with same account number within the same location or across multiple locations with same country.
For Example:
•Instance-1- Location – Chelmsford (US), Carrier – Federal Express, Account Number – 12345, Domestic Code – FedEx01.
•Instance-2- Location – Chelmsford (US), Carrier – Federal Express, Account Number – 12345, Domestic Code – FedEx02.
•Instance-3- Location – New York (US), Carrier – Federal Express, Account Number – 12345, Domestic Code – FedEx01.
Warning: When user tries to create multiple shipping locations using the same shipper account number for FedEx Canada, Europe and Asia Pacific Origins, Parcel displays a warning message “Rating and Shipping to some destinations are not supported from this origin country. You may receive a zero rate in these cases. Please see the help file for more details.”. However, when user creates first shipping location with any account number, no Warning message appears.
Note: When sender address in the transaction is same as the account's meter address on FedEx FSMS server, then proper rates are returned. Otherwise, you may receive zero rates in following cases:
