To process the Access Point Hold Service shipment with a UPS Europe and Asia Pacific carrier, follow the below steps:
1.Complete the required information on the Warehouse page for a package. Select UPSEU in the Carrier list, and then pick an appropriate service.
2.Click [OPTIONS] to display the Warehouse Options screen.
3. Select the Access Point Hold Service tab, complete the fields as follows:

Select this check box if you want to apply Access Point Hold Service. Note: This check box is unchecked (cleared) by default. |
| Note: After selecting Access Point Hold Service check box, the following fields gets enabled to enter Alternative Delivery Address Data, Consignee Notification and Access Point C.O.D. data. |
Alternate Delivery Address Data subsection:
In this subsection, enter Alternate Delivery Address Data details for your shipment.

Type any additional street address information for the Access Point Hold Service, such as suite or floor number. |

Type the Access Point Hold Service city address details. |

Type the two-letter EU abbreviation for the Access Point Hold Service state address details. For Example: AB |

Select the Access Point Hold Service country details from drop-down list. |
Postal Code/Zip |
Type the Access Point Hold Service ZIP code details. |
Consignee Notification subsection:
In this subsection, enter the consignee notification details for Access Point Hold Service shipment.

From the drop-down list, select the required Access Point Media Type Code. The values available for selection are: • SMS Text |
Package Release Code |
Shippers selecting Ship to a UPS Access Point Hold Service can select to apply the Package Release Code option to provide a more flexible delivery experience. A Package Release Code is minimum of 4 character and maximum of 6 characters. It is Numeric. It is entered once per shipment. Note: Can be combined with all other accessorials that are allowed with Access Point Hold service except cannot be used with the Delivery to Addressee Only Indicator. |

Type the Email address where you want the Email to be sent. Be sure to use proper e-mail address format. |

Failure Email |
Type the Failure Email address. Be sure to use proper e-mail address format. Note: There can only be one distinct Failure Email address per shipment, so if the user passed a failure email address as part of Quantum View then this address here needs to be the same. |
Subject Code |
From the drop-down list, select the notification subject code for the Email text. |

In this subsection, enter the Access Point C.O.D details for your shipment.

Select this check box, if you want to apply Access Point C.O.D. Note: This check box is unchecked (cleared) by default. UPS Europe and Asia Pacific collects payment upon delivery and transmits collected payments to the shipper. Access Point COD is allowed for shipments from EU Access Point origin countries to EU Access Point destination countries. |
COD Amount |
UPS Europe and Asia Pacific collects payment upon delivery and transmits collected payments to the shipper. The maximum UPS Access Point COD Amount is $1,000 USD per shipment or local equivalent. |
Note: User is able to combine Deliver to Addressee Only and UPS Access Point C.O.D.
3.After you entered all the Access Point Hold Service details that you want to apply to the shipment, click [DONE]. To clear the screen, click the [CLEAR TAB].
