FedEx - ShipAlert Notification

With FedEx ShipAlert Notification, you can send an e-mail to multiple parties when a package is shipped and/or delivered.

You can configure the following options while processing a FedEx package on the Warehouse page (click [OPTIONS], then select the FedEx Add. Services tab. Click [FedEx ShipAlert/Delivery Notification] at the top of the tab). Select the check box next to the party that you want to receive the e-mail to enable these options:

Email

Type the e-mail address where you want the e-mail to be sent. Be sure to use proper e-mail address format.

Notification

Select when you want the e-mail to be sent (when the package is shipped, delivered, or both times).

Language

From the drop-down list, select the language for the e-mail text.

Alert

Only available for e-mails going to the recipient - type text for the body of the e-mail message.

Recipient Tendered Notification

From the drop-down list, select 'Yes' or 'No' to send a notification to recipients when the shipment has been tendered to FedEx.  

Fax

Only available for the 'Other 1' party. Type the fax number to send a fax message to.

Estimated Delivery Notification

From the drop-down list, select 'Yes' or 'No' to send a notification of an estimated delivery information of a shipment to a shipper's, recipient's, broker's and other's email(s).
