Rules

The recipient must present a government-issued photo ID to pick up the package.

When shipping the package, you must supply the address of the specific location where the package is to be held. For the addresses and hours of specific locations in the United States, see the drop-off locator on the FedEx Web site.

For FedEx International Priority® packages, call FedEx Express International Customer Service (see the FedEx Web site for the current number) for the available specific locations and the location code which is required for international packages.

After the specific location makes three attempts to notify the recipient or shipper of the package, or five business days after the initial notification, whichever occurs first, the package will be considered undeliverable.

To process a Hold at Location package, see FedEx - Processing a Hold at Location Package.
