If you have contracted rates with the US Postal Service, you can use this screen to enter contract information for the pricing methods that apply to specific US Postal mail classes. You can enter a Customized Shipping Services Contract (CSSC) Number and Product ID for each mail class that Parcel supports. The information that you enter for each pricing method appears in table form on this screen. For information on creating and editing rows on screens in table form, see the following Help topic: How to Add, Edit, or Delete Table Entries.

Mail Class Pricing Method (drop-down) |
From the drop-down list of USPS Mail Class pricing methods supported by Parcel, select the USPS Mail Class for which the pricing method represented by the USPS Customized Shipping Services Contract (CSSC) with USPS applies. Notes: •If no CSSC pricing method is selected, Parcel uses the USPS published rate. •Each Mail Class selection in the drop-down list is followed by the abbreviation for the associated pricing method as follows: |
Contract Number (CSSC) |
Type the contract number for your USPS Customized Shipping Services Contract (CSSC) for the negotiated rate for the selected Mail Class. Note: This field is a 22-character alphanumeric text box. |
Contract Product ID |
Type the 14-character alphanumeric CSSC Product ID consisting of mail class, incentive, date, customer, and version number; for example: PSR090108AB001 Note: This field is a 14-character alphanumeric text box. |
Click [SAVE] to create or update a row with this information or click [CANCEL] to return to the CSSC screen without saving changes.
