Using the Printer Map screen, you can set up label and report printers that are local to your workstation. This Parcel feature is referred to as "client-based printing."
Notes:
•The Workstation menu and the Printer Map menu item are available only when Enable Dynamic Printer is enabled in the Advanced Tab of the Location > Shipper Defaults screen.
•You must first configure the printers that you want to use for client-based printing and enable ActiveX in your Internet Explorer (IE) browser. For information on this, see the topic Enabling ActiveX for Parcel.
To specify a printer for client-based printing, carry out the following procedure:
1.Click the Workstation menu and select Printer Map.
2.Enter the printer details as described in the table below:

3.Use one of the buttons at the bottom of the screen as follows:

Clear the boxes of all of the information you entered and start over. |
Click [CLEAR] |
Cancel setting label and report printer. |
Click [CANCEL] |
