Use the General tab on the US Postal Service Accessorials (Domestic) page to configure general domestic accessorials (Special Services) and fees for use with this US Postal Service account.
Unless otherwise noted, all settings apply only to this US Postal Service account at this location.

Pickup Fee |
The fee for a US Postal Service pickup. |
Mailing Cert. Fee |
The fee for completing and mailing a delivery confirmation certificate back to the shipper. |
Certified Fee |
The fee for Certified Delivery. Certified Delivery provides a receipt stamped with the date of mailing. A unique article number allows you to verify delivery online. As an additional security feature, the recipient’s signature is obtained at the time of delivery and a record is maintained by the Post Office™. For an additional fee, you can request a copy of the signature record before or after delivery with Return Receipt. |
Restricted Fee |
The fee for Restricted Delivery. Restricted Delivery requires delivery to be directed only to the addressee or the addressee's agent. |
Fuel Surcharge |
The fuel surcharge. Currently, the US Postal Service does not apply a fuel surcharge. |

DNDC Surcharge |
The surcharge for Parcel Select DNDC Non-Machinable shipments. Destination Network Distribution Center (DNDC) is the case where the shipper transports the shipment directly to the regional Bulk Mail Center. |

Special Handling (Additional Handling) accessorial provides preferential handling in dispatch and transportation. It is required for certain specified materials.

Return Receipt section

Requested at Time of Mailing |
The fee for requesting (at the time of shipping the package) a copy of the signature record that is obtained with Certified Delivery service. |
