Navigation: BluJay Solutions Parcel Configuration (Web Admin) Tool > Carrier Configuration > TNT Express

TNT Express - Account Number and Services

Scroll

When you add a new TNT Express carrier account (Add Carrier > Carrier > TNT Express), Parcel displays the screen to enter the TNT Express Connect account number and code. On this screen, you also select the TNT Express services with which you will ship packages from the location under which you are adding this TNT carrier.

To configure the TNT Express account number and services, complete these steps...

1.In the Account Number field, type the TNT Express account number for this location.

2.In Carrier Code field, type a name for the carrier as you want it to appear on the Web Admin (Configuration) Tool screens and on the shipping screens in Parcel. For example, if you are setting up more than one TNT Express account for this location, you might want to label these TNTXP-1, TNTXP-2, etc.

3.In the Services section, select the services that you will use to ship TNT Express packages from this location by selecting the service or services from the list in the following Help topic: TNT Express - Supported Services.

Caution: Not all services are supported for all locations. Before configuring a TNT Express carrier, you need to obtain from your local TNT representative a list of supported services for the Location to which you are adding this carrier.

4.Click [ADD] to move the selected service from the left-hand column to the right-hand column. To select and move all of the services at once, click [ADD ALL].

You can also use the Move Up and Move Down (up arrow and down arrow) buttons on the right to change the order of the services in the list of following services. Services appear in the configured order on the Services drop-down list on the Warehouse screen.

Notes:

TNT classifies services as National (called Domestic in Parcel - country of destination is the same as country of origin) and International (country of destination is different from country of origin). Service names are identical for some Domestic and International services.

For more information on TNT Express services, see the Compliance Help topic: TNT Express - Overview.

You need a unique TNT Account Number for each location to which you are adding a TNT carrier.

5.When you are done configuring this page, click [SAVE] in the lower-right corner of the page to save the settings. Otherwise, click [CANCEL] to cancel the settings.

To continue configuring TNT Express, complete the following screens: Account Defaults
