For Example:
•Instance-1- Location – Chelmsford, Carrier – USPS, Account Number – 123456, Domestic Code – USPS01.
•Instance-2- Location – Chelmsford, Carrier – USPS, Account Number – 123456, Domestic Code – USPS02.
