To process the FedEx International Controlled Export (FICE) shipment with a FedEx carrier, follow the below steps:
1.On the Warehouse page, on the Parcel tab, fill out the appropriate information and select FedEx from the Carrier drop-down list.
2.Select the FedEx International Priority®, FedEx International Priority® Freight (or) FedEx International Priority DirectDistribution® services from the Services drop-down list.
3.In the Weight field, enter the weight of the package.
4.Select the carrier or user packaging type you are using to ship the package.
5.Click [OPTIONS]to display the Warehouse Options screen.
6.Select the FedEx FICE tab, complete the following fields:

Select this check box if you want to enable the FICE service option for a FedEx FICE shipment. Note: This check box is unchecked (cleared) by default. |
Note: After selecting FICE Shipment check box, the following fields are enabled you to enter the details for FedEx FICE Shipment.

FICE Entry Number |
Enter the FICE Entry Number for FedEx FICE shipment. |
FICE License Type Code |
Select the required FICE License type code from the drop-down list for FedEx FICE shipment. The values available for selection are: • DSP-5 • DSP-61 • DSP-73 • DSP-85 • DSP-94 • License Agreement • DEA 36 • DEA 236 • DEA 486 • Warehouse Withdrawal for T&E • T & E from a Foreign Trade Zone |
FICE License Number |
Enter the FICE License Number for FedEx FICE shipment. Any alpha-numeric format can be used for free-form text up to 12 alphanumeric characters. This is required for goods moving under a U.S. State Department (DSP) license or U.S. Drug Enforcement (DEA) export permits. Note: The FICE License Number is not required for 'Warehouse Withdrawal for T&E' and 'T & E from a Foreign Trade Zone' FICE License Type Code. |
FICE License Expiry Date |
Enter the FICE License Expiry Date in MMDDCCYY format for FedEx FICE shipment; for example: August 13, 2020 is rendered as "08132020" (without quotation marks). The date must be greater than or equal to the current date but less than 48 months (4 years) in the future; for example: If the current day is August 13, 2020 then FICE Expiry Date must be less than August 13, 2024. |
Foreign Trade Zone Code |
Enter the Foreign Trade Zone Code for FedEx FICE shipment designated as an in-bond shipments moving under a transportation and exportation from a foreign trade zone or bonded warehouse. Any alpha-numeric format can be used for free-form text up to 12 alphanumeric characters. Note: The Foreign Trade Zone Code is required for 'Warehouse Withdrawal for T&E' and 'T & E from a Foreign Trade Zone' FICE License Type Code. |
7. After you entered all the FedEx FICE details that you want to apply to the shipment, click [DONE] to close the Options dialog box and return to the Warehouse page. To clear the screen, click [CLEAR].
