FedEx - Reports |
Scroll |
After you close FedEx, you can print reports to accompany the shipments when the FedEx driver arrives to pick up the shipments. Use the Reports page on the Ship menu to print reports.
Parcel supports the following reports for FedEx shipments:
•FDX Domestic Invoice
•FDX Drivers Manifest
•FDX Ground Hazardous Materials Certification (see first Note below)
•FDX Ground Pickup Manifest
Notes:
•All FedEx reports are printable from the FedEx Ship Manager® Server except for the following report: OPS950 Dangerous Goods Report; although this functionality requires a dedicated printer. Previously, Parcel relied on the FedEx Ship Manager® Server to generate and print the OPS950 Dangerous Goods Report. However, the FedEx Ship Manager® Server does not provide for multiple hazardous items in a single box. Moreover, utilizing the FedEx Ship Manager® Server to print a report required configuring a separate printer outside the Parcel application. The OPS950 Dangerous Goods Report is now printed as a Jasper Report from within Parcel and is titled "FDX Ground Hazardous Materials Certification" (see list above).
•When you close FedEx, you can not close services separately because FedEx Ship Manager® Server closes all shipments for a ship date regardless of the service. The only way to close air shipments separately from ground shipments is to use separate meter numbers for each (you would set this up in the Parcel Configuration Tool - FedEx Host Names setup screen).
