Configure printers for use by your Parcel by using the Printer Map section in location settings.

Parcel supports the following printers (see Important Note below):

•Datamax-4208/Prodigy Max

•ProdigyMAX E Class

•Eltron

•Monarch

•Intermec-PM4i

•PNG

•SATO

•Zebra

•Zebra 4M

•Zebra LP2443

•Zebra LP2844

Notes:

•Not all printers are supported for every carrier. Check with the Parcel Product Support Group (PSG) for supported printers for a particular carrier or see the following Help topic: Supported Peripherals.

•Parcel supports only models of the printers listed above which provide a 203 dpi resolution.

•For printing labels for the Newgistics Parcel Return Service, you must use either a PNG (laser) or Zebra printer.
