•Supports sending Parcel Shipment Data to Control Tower for DHL Global, UPS Europe and FedExWS carriers.

UPS US

•Supports 4” x 4.5” Monarch Printer Smart Labels.

•The following Hazmat reports are now printed as PDFs instead of PNG files.

DPD

•Supports 4” x 5.2” Zebra Printer Labels. (site certification required).  

Canada Post

•New Postal Codes starting with T3T, T6Y and L3L are added.

Canada Post, UPS Canada and Purolator

•Effective from July 01, 2019, the Provincial tax rate in Province of Manitoba reduces from 8% to 7% for Canada Post, UPS Canada and Purolator carriers.

USPS

•Includes the following June 2019 Compliance Changes for USPS carrier, effective from June 23, 2019.

▪First-Class Mail International (FCMI) will no longer support mail pieces greater than 15.994 oz. UPS Hazardous Shipping Papers.

 

▪The Dimensional Weight rules are now applicable to Priority Mail Express (Priority Mail Express Parcels) and Parcel Select Services (Parcel Select Ground and Parcel Select).

 

▪The Dimensional Weight (DIM) Divisor for Priority Mail packages over 1 cubic foot (1728 cubic inches) is being adjusted from 194 to 166 and DIM pricing now applicable to all zones.

 

▪New Shipping Services File (SSF) Rate Indicator codes are now introduced for Priority Mail Express and Parcel Select.

 

▪Two new mail type codes – “00” and “99” are added in National Zone Chart Matrix “exceptions” file.

 

•Includes the following June 2019 Postage Statement Changes for USPS carrier, effective from June 23, 2019.

▪PS Form 3600-PM – Priority Mail.

Purolator

•Introduces the ability to select OSNR (Signature Not required) for the shipments declared as Limited Quantity Dangerous Goods (DG05).

API based Parcel Administration Module

BluJay has developed a REST API based Parcel-FS Administration Module. This enables customers to automate creation and maintenance of locations, carriers and rateshop. In this release, we have added support for Carrier Account Management for the below listed carriers with limited functionality. Please contact your BluJay representative for more information.
