Customers can send a query to retrieve information such as cost, transit time, routing codes, and service point validation about a particular shipment.

Note: A query is not a shipment and thus can only be used to retrieve information. However, it can not be used to retrieve the tracking information of a shipment.

When Integration Adapter finds such query records in the connect input file, it supplies the required information as the query result in the non-consolidated real time output file as follows:

•Successful query results are returned with '0' (zero) return code

•Unsuccessful query results are returned with the predefined error code
