In Step 3 of the Desktop shipping application, you can click [Contents] to enter information about the contents of the package you are shipping.
To complete the Contents dialog box, complete the following fields for each unique item or commodity to be included in the package. Required fields are bolded.

Description |
Type a description of the commodity contained in the package. |
Quantity |
Type the quantity of the commodity (for example, the count, or the measurement) |
Insurance Value |
Type the value of the commodity. |
Currency |
From the list, select the type of currency used to value the commodity. |

Add |
Add the commodity to the grid at the bottom of the dialog box. If there is another commodity in the package, complete the boxes at the top of the dialog box for that commodity and click [Add]. |
Edit |
Edit the selected commodity in the grid. Select the check box next to the commodity in the grid that you want to edit and click [Edit]. The commodity's information appears in the boxes at the top of the dialog box so you can edit the information. |
Delete |
Delete the selected commodity from the grid. Select the check box next to the commodity in the grid that you want to delete and click [Delete]. |
Clear |
Clear the screen of the information you have entered. |
Once you have finished adding the commodities of the package to the grid in the lower part of the dialog box, click [Done] to continue processing the package.
